things are looking up-but I'd say there is still a way to go for Lotus as its nearly half over-and the first half-though picking up now-was fairly silent for a while AND it seems were all off their mailing list now-which for a professional set up-is amateurish especially considering it's cuz they got swamped with complaints going silent on us aint the way to resolve anything finally-how the heck are we supposed to know they have tix-or new vids or anything-if they now don't let anyone know-possibly a way to MAKE us log in more often by the time most knew about the recent Monacco tix-they were all gone so-if the does play London or Paris or wherever soon-and we get to know a couple of days in advance-then I seriously will not be happy-most of us need to book time off-sort babysitting-whatever-we need at least a bit of notice im really not sure i like the current-announce-sell play and gone in a couuple of days scenario (without letting members know at all-let alone first) they're playing out at the moment but-i have my tee-the new vids were great-and i for one am-happier but gushing for me is a way off yet-but glad your so enthusiastic  [Edited 8/12/09 4:41am] | |

well-we all used to get an e-mail when they updated-or had tix
nobody got one for the latest add's i believe-or for the Monacco tix so-yeah they did have a mailing list-i though as i'd sent a complaint-i was off it-but it seems nobody gets mails now even the folk that can't log in as they forgot their details as i said-its getting better-but the communication sucks big time | |
