Just call FedEx. Hi folks, as it's Christmas soon I thought I'd get off my arse and call FedEx UK to see whether they had actually received my stuff... Low and behold they received it and had attempted delivery at my home address.
I suggest everyone still waiting should call their local FedEx office. Luckily for me, they actually found my home address this time round so the stuff wasn't destroyed - as was a tour book I ordered a month or so ago...which I had Lori resend to my work address. This is why I was expecting shippment to work as I had changed my NPGMC details. I presume NPGMC had already sent FedEx my previous details by then... ...ANYWAY, FedEx dude highlighted the fact that no contact numbers had been provided. I suspect that these points are all obviously apparent to most people by now, but seein' as I'm getting excited about getting my stuff in the next few days I thought I'd throw in my two cents. All this bollocks does mean that you can't point your finger at anyone person or thing at the moment - but it's easy to sit down now, relax in the peaceful expectation of delivery and tell everyone to shut the fu*k up moaning and just give FedEx a call rather than wait ten years for NPGMC to tell you it was sent on the 10th. One thing for certain is that for some uknown reason contact numbers (and complete addresses in some cases) wheren't getting passed on to FedEx. Memory fails me so I can't remember whether we stuck phone numbers on our NPGMC details...which obviously is a crucial point. It's good to moan, but it takes tact to differentiate between complaint and concern, or the existance/non-existance of NPGMC2003. Just call FedEx. He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would fully suffice. - Albert Einstein

I agree, that is a crucial point. I'm pretty sure that we did provide contact numbers. I guess NPGMC or Gage didn't provide those numbers on the package. I would hate to think that FEDEX tried to deliver my package a while ago, but didn't leave any note or anything. Because of this fiasco, I hope that NPGMC 2003 doesn't ship us anything in the mail. All downloads, or nothing at all. Just release the albums to retail.
