If you don't like the topic, just ignore it. And mind your language. Vulgarity is tacky.

I'm sure ONA live wrapped up the year but at the very least these should be made available for purchase.

Prince changed his mind. End of discussion.

He has changed and aborted projects for his entire career. He is famous for it. That's what makes The Vault so appealing.

These titles were not mentioned in the Terms and Conditions of Membership.

NPGMC has delivered the 4 CD's as promised.

yer freaking kidding me, right? it doesn't matter if it's not in the terms of conditions...it's in an ADVERTISEMENT...hence a little term you might have heard batted around lately: false advertising.

Prince can change his mind, sure. He can mention future projects like Roadhouse Garden, Crystal Ball II, etc., that never have seen the light of day, but when he takes our money after advertising that members will be getting a specific product (those four listed CDs), he better deliver, as fans have EVERY RIGHT as paying customers to expect those those are the products delivered. Otherwise, it is indeed false advertising.

Another brilliant solution! You know what? That I won't join next year is a foregone conclusion. But that does NOTHING to solve the problems experienced this year.

Weren't these four titles also mentioned in an NPGMC "chat" sometime in February?? It was the same chat that said "Osbourne" had recorded or wanted to record at Paisley Park. I remember people were wondering if he was talking about Ozzy! Apparently, he wasn't, but in this chat (whose purpose was to inform everyone about the new version of the club) he mentioned these four titles as something coming out through the club. Does anyone else remember this or have it archived/saved?

Well, at least that's good news. But we're sure that you'll continue to complain about it. Your opinions just aren't surprising anymore.

I don't like cross posting, but I will this time:

"Sorry guys, but I can not stand anymore people posting statements of the like: "If you are not satisfied with the NPGMC just do not subscribe next year". This is a public forum and those words mean something to me: opinions are exchanged, different point of views are most of the time intreresting and may be taken into account when reinforcing, reshaping or even changing completely its opinion on a particular subject.

Just to compare, it would be like to say in politics: "If you are not happy with the present government or president, just write to them/him or go to another country; it's useless to discuss or write about it, things won't change anyway..."

Well, that does not seem the right way to me. If you want to discuss any aspect of Prince's life related to music, then you are in the right place. It is worth to keep doing it.

peace

nick"
