I got mine about 2 weeks ago. I like the softness to the t-shirt. I like it because it's black and the pic is not all over the front, just that splash of color at the top. It's cool. SOOOOO soft! hey manma! "not a fan" yeah...ok

Okay, so while I was harsh on the quality of the screen earlier in the thread, I do have to admit that the quality of the actual fabric/shirt is very nice. I think the thing that upset me most gbeing sent the wrong size is that i KNOW i would have worn this shirt plenty. If feels so stretchy and nice!

I'm starting to get a complex. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

it's kind of fun to be wearing a "founding member" t-shirt for a fan club that ran out of steam after its first month.

Received my t-shirt this past week.My constructive criticism...The quality of the t-shirt is nice. The sizes seem to run small and they need to keep in mind that the average american woman is a size 11.Meaning any woman that is gifted in the chest area may be a little stretched.lmao I would have liked for the design to be a bit larger and a bit more crisp/clearer.But I'm happy to finally have it and I will sport it regardless. I got mine!!!
So soft. And spandexy, too.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Yes, mine arrived today also! Yay!!! The quality is pretty decent too 96% cotton, 4% spandex. I like the back but it'll be covered up if you have hair past your neck (that sucks!) The wait is finally over...for me at least. U're the reason eye took a rope and lassoed the moon 2 prove that when it comes to you there's nothing that eye won't do. Eye would stare in2 the sun if u would be mine it's not so great a leap since 2 all others I am blind.

go the infamous shirt today. first off, i love P and his music. but i have to vent. and i am not being an ingrate. i paid for this, and as a consumer i can be dissatisfied. i know my logic is all over the place, but try to follow... i am sure the shirts were handled by some new crew who had no idea what they were doing.
here are my specs and observations. got it today 7/9/09, i am in Tucson, AZ. Last name begins with B. for those who are tracking it. overall rating: ghetto. starting with the packaging. did anyone mention that it is NOT a black or grey garment bag- IT'S A UPS- AS IN WHAT CAN BROWN DO FOR YOU... UPS EXPRESS PACK TURNED INSIDE OUT!!!!! YES, NO KIDDING. TAPED CLOSED BECAUSE THE STICKY SIDE WAS TO BE USED IF IT WERE USED FOR A REAL UPS SHIPMENT TURNED RIGHT SIDE OUT. LOL. ok. the postage was printed on 7/8/09 FROM STAMPS.COM VIA THE USPS. THIS IS THE UNITED STATES POST. REGULAR MAIL. $2.09. not that stamps.com isn't cool, and lots of businesses use them, but really? and this kills the e-mail that said they were shipped weeks ago. please. shipped TO this facility maybe, but not to us. the shirt... the tag is more impressive than the front screen print. looks like mine was at the end of the run, like they were running out of ink. the words on the back look better. an iron on transfer would have looked better. hardly the quality of other shirts. hardly. this was a rush job, still smells like ink. but it IS soft. the size is a pretty snug fit. the lycra. it's stretchy, yes. oh, the shirt was folded very nicely. that's the end of the vent. yesssss i am glad i have it, and will sport it today. but wow. need a new team there for the next venture bud. my kid took off on vaca with her digital cam, so if i figure out how to do this with cam phone... i will def send pics. but someone can back me up on the inside out UPS bag. that was too funny. [Edited 7/9/09 15:39pm] is STYLE catching a plane to LA to see P when u know ur broke azz got bills?

[Edited 7/9/09 15:39pm] I will back you up 100%!!!! It was shipped in a UPS-flipped-inside-out-bag. that was cheesy. The shirt is, ok...nothing special at all. Just ok. Stretchy, but the picture on the front is of crappy quality. If the picture quality matched the shirt material quality then it would be a cool shirt. I too, got it yesterday, don't know when and if I'll wear it. Maybe for a pic to post in these forums, don't know. It's hanging in my closet now, mixed in within the other shirts I have and for now that's where it will stay. It's cool...but it ain't 'freezer-burn'. Walking alone in the dark, I see nothing u see
I can be in a park, or flying in the…in the deep sea I wish u’d hold my hand; then everything could b There’s nothing strange, we’re not deranged We only want everyday 2 b a Cosmic Day

I wonder if the sanitation staff saw what they thought was a small bag of trash at my door and inadvertently disposed of my shirt? Thanks, Prince!
