in fairness to them-at first-they always replied to us-quickly too

IF as many folk that come here and moan complained to them-they must have got alot of these complaints.....

so someone decided-to completely switch off for at least 2 weeks-no replies even to lost passwords etc

with all that going on-the latest t shirt mail appears-out of the blue-no mention of ANYTHING else-no explanation for the lost update.....

the tee shirts have been a complete fiasco

and we're 'fake fans' cuz this plainly isn't right.....

im not knocking you for not signing-its your chioce-but don't call us fake cuz as you say-we have less patience...?

I wouldn't put up with this lack of service and customer care if i went into a shop-lets say a big name like Marks and Spencers- (Prince is afterall a world wide brand name) so why the hell should i from a musician ? Even more so because he does not do things the normal way ? great for him-totally shit for the customers/fans.....CHARMING SET UP

I think you are all being a bit naïve if you think this petition is going to change anything. In my opinion the only way to change the current situation is by means of economic impact.

One way is to send a complaint to your credit card company and demand to retract the payment. If you send a detailed request explaining the situation they will surely investigate the matter.

You could also swallow your losses and decide not to renew your subscription next year. Simply retract your permission to use your creditcard for the renewal (which I suspect to be automatic)
If everybody sends an e-mail to the sales/support team, asking them not to renew their membership next year, you will also have sent a very powerful signal which will not go unnoticed by Prince.

i already sent that very request to not renew-about a month ago with no reply.....so far

the credit card refund is a good idea-i think they'd listen to them since they ignore us

sent a shirt, we will not be charging you the $7 shipping fee.
