Re: New Power Generation

Dear Mr. Thomas XXX,
Thank you for contacting your Better Business Bureau of Minnesota to help you with your complaint. We have forwarded a copy of your letter to the company in hopes of resolving the situation to your satisfaction.

The Better Business Bureau does not pursue complaints which do not deal with an amount in a marketplace transaction. We have however, asked the company to comment on your situation.

Please do not think that we do not appreciate your taking the time to write to us. Without people like you to let us know about practices which are questionable we are not aware.

The BBB reports patterns of complaint activity, so that your complaint may be the complaint which triggers the Bureau to review the file and issue a report based on the complaints.

If a response is received, we will forward this on to you immediately. If you hear from the company, please let us know. so that our records are complete.

If you have any questions, please call meat (651)699-0011 or fax me at 651-695-2488. Truly yours,
Dan Hendrickson Mediation Coordinator

I did not specify the amount I spent with NPGMC because I was not seeking a refund. Its interesting to note that they also pay attention to patterns of complaints.
