I still dont get whats so hard about selling a CD online. why do fans have to go through all these terms, conditions, prepay crap, etc.

Its obvious this does nothing but create confusion on both sides.

When Kmart went bankrupt, was it the customers fault for being mean and ungrateful?

The NPGMC is poorly run. Plain and simple. I've seen more unreasonable customers as a waiter at one of my previous jobs, than Ive seen on this message board. BBB letters dont shut a business down.

They have nothing left to offer on the site for the remainder of the year so there is no need for it to be up.

It would not suprise me if theyre trying to get people to beg them to reopen again for 2003 by playing like they shut down.

Notice none of the replies or the site itself confirm the club actually closing.

Consider the childish and unprofessional responses they give their customers, I wouldnt put it past them.

The crappy company came before the unhappy fans, not vice versa.
