If lotusflow3r apologized..

Would that change your opinion of the site?

I could forgive and move on.

And if we get the t-shirts as Christmas presents.I could live with that.

i don't need an apology.

i either need some kind of content or sign of life to approximate some kind of "subscription" experience, or else i need some kind of explanation or proclamation about the site being dead in the water, accompanied by SOMEthing that would make me feel less shafted about forking over $77 for an experience most other artists offer their fans for free. if i just got my t-shirt and some kind of cobbled-together compilation of unreleased/rare goodies (it doesn't even have to be the most amazing compilation in the world, and it could be a download/zip file), i'd be willing to cut my losses.

something, ANYthing, would be better than what they've been offering.

I agree with the bolded part.

An apology would at least let us know it's not over.
One thing is for sure.I learned a valuable lesson.

Well personally-if they haven't apologised yet-they aint gonna. Good. I don't want one. If they lived up in the slightest way to what they eluded to in the press crap before it launched....If not-well Anything is better than this, they've even dried up on the dated updates-its been a month and nothing.....

its SUCH a fiasco an apology would be a little empty. They didn't apologise they designed a site not all would be able to view. The sitting up till 4am and getting nothing. The ridiculous launch where even we couldn't figure how to pay and get in. The tee shirts.....The vids that are NOT downloads. The endless freaking buffering. Nothing really new on there.....I'm outta breath lol

oh yes-and the silence from the Prince camp when they should be rejoicing he pulled off a brilliant album thats only gonna be remembered for all this is he's not careful

i want stuff i haven't already paid for/seen years ago. Something current and relevant-possibly something from the legendary 'vault' that they bang on about. If its so full of goodies-how come he put such crap on the new site ?

For me an apology without some kind of action to back it up would be completely meaningless. Really, I do not think we are expecting anything unreasonable. As Anxiety said if Prince/Lotusflow3r offered us some new music (either brand new or something we've never heard before) that would go a long way to making the experience worthwhile.

The thing that truly baffles me is that in today's world Prince expects his fans to pay for things that most fans of other artists are getting for free. Golly, you even have to pay to read the credits for the Lotosflow3r albums! The fact that the site is so rarely updated is also a big disappointment. A basic function of any site is to give people a reason to visit it and to visit often. Lotusflow3r is an epic failure on both of those points. After you download the music and watch the videos what incentive is there for a return visit? I've watched the videos multiple times in an effort to get my moneys worth but I am still feeling pretty ripped off.

It's been 3 months of a years membership. They don't need to apologise yet, just get their fingers out their arses. It's certainly been disappointing so far but surely something decent will come. Surely they want people to subscribe for a second year? Surely they want all those that opted out to sign up? Surely they want us to tell people what good value it was? Don't they? I just can't believe they'll let it be this shit for the next 9 months. If they do, they're mental and deserve everything they get.
RIP sad

To be fair ,I have read were some members did recieve apologies in emails.

I'm wondering what effect a blanket statement, covering all bases would have.
It's just good business to apologize when something goes wrong.

Yes, I think they said, "We're sad, you're sad! That does not constitute an apology in my book. Do you have any other examples?
Wake up!......Wake up!
