More importantly, other sites post an apology,with a reason as to why they are down, such as "Please excuse our absence, we are completing some necessary maintenance to make your experience much more enjoyable!"- Where are the manners here? Some sites put up a page "Out Of Service For Maintenance", or issue e-mails to their paying patrons in these situations.
