Germany: 22,50 Euro taxes on ONA...Live!

I reveived my ONA...Live today. But instead of being happy, I'm quite disappointed. I had 2 pay an invoice of 22,50 Euro taxes, duties an administration fee. That makes 122,50 Euro/Dollar for my 4 CDs from the Club. And Fed Ex crashed my box.
Anyone with a similiar experience?

I would check that out if I were you, in my investigations of Fed-X last week I read that "International Priority" (the method used for UK deliveries, probably the same for Germany too) is an "express, time definate, door to door, customs cleared service" you shouldn't have to pay extra as NPGMC already paid!

My set arrived just 30 minutes ago and I only had to sign.. Fedex paper says Intl Express which to me means that it was a) speedy, and b) free from additonal import fees... Btw, on the statement from Paisley Park the set is labelled as Gift-Promo CD Set. No resale value. Promotional CD Gift-Set with a value of $5.00. So any import fees should've been based on that amount anyway...

Boohooo, I want mine too!
But I would really try to get that back. There must have been an error as nobody else had to pay any fees

I've just paid 22,50 Euro and this makes me very angry now.
For my brother receive the box without any complications. He lives in the same town.
Anyway, who is to blame for it? How we can get the money back?

Can you f*cking believe that? It's here...unfortunately, not exactly here.
Before I went to school I put a sign at the door that if nobody's there please bring it to my grandma who lives in front of us. My mother came back from shopping and took the sign off. The FedEx guy came at around 1:00 pm... and my mother was downstairs and didn't hear it!!!
If I hadn't checked the post box I wouldn't even know that it was here, because the usual post was delivered earlier.

Now I'll get it tomorrow.

I don't know. Probably the NPGMC. I called FedEx - they say, it's NPGMCs fault. I wrote an email to NPGMC - no answer yet.

At least some of you got it. I sent a mail to NPGMC today and Lori told me that mine is getting ready to ship! Now I can lay back again - it won't come in the next few days!
Of cousre I replied that it's completely frustrating that mine isn't even shipped when anybody else is getting it. And guess what - no answer to this mail anymore.

npgmc is not to blame. thats the fault of gage or the german customs. I wrote to gage, that I want the money
back from them. let's see what they will answer me.
