I do remember when signing up it did say allow 4 - 6 weeks for arrival, so that would have put them between the end of April to through this week. We shall see. [Edited 5/6/09 8:44am] Yesterday was 6 weeks from the day the site opened. And the date they sent the email saying they haven't sent anything, nor taken any steps yet to help anyone out. And that now the shirts would be sent out by the end of this month. 
Lame. Bad business. |

T-Shirts will be sent by USPS as soon as possible after this date and "should be" in the mail by the end of the month
Just as they sent this email yesterday, to correct the confusion about sizes, they surely could have done so when the orders first went in. I know I've seen several posts around here during that time expressing concerns about the sizes. Instead, they waited until y'all were running to your mailboxes every day expecting the arrival of your t-shirts and coming here to post your disappointment, to say they haven't even been ordered yet because of some confusion that was expressed weeks ago and y'all "should" get them by the end of this month. This is just simply another on a long list of bad business practices by someone who has been in this business way long enough to know, that is just not how you treat your fans! That's exactly why I didn't join up this time because I finally got sick of paying to be treated with such disregard but hey, y'all have at it. I can clearly see what I'm missing out on.  I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart. | |

Ms. Hatrina, nope, I haven't been checking my mailbox for the t-shirts because they said it would take about 4-6 weeks for delivery. When I order books from Amazon, and they tell me to expect a book I ordered in about 4-6 weeks, sometimes it does not arrive within that time frame, and they send me an email letting me know it will be delayed. I never stressed over when the t-shirt would arrive, as I expected there may be a delay.
Now with the "size" issue. I believe they may have gotten quite a few emails because as stated, some people didn't put which size they wanted when they ordered, or was joining the site so fast they may have missed putting in the size. So I guess from that email, they're giving some folks a chance to correct it before they send them out obviously. I will let you know when I receive mine. I gather within 1 or 2 more weeks, since I did put what size t-shirt I wanted at the time of order. No, I'm not excusing that site for any delays or not saying they shouldn't be up to par, but whenever I've ordered stuff from other companies, there has been delays. We shall see. Maybe they are still in the process of hiring extra help to assist in situations like this and keep track of the orders. Secondly, hopefully some new content will appear magically on the site, as even if he added one new video per month, one cannot say it's not updated monthly with something. Just sayin'. I remember when they used to update the e reflection room every Friday on the npgmc site, and they would add a song from the past... and then there was the glam slam room with a new song as well.
With all the videos that he has, I hope he isn't stingy (do people still use that term "stingy" ) and will add some new videos, maybe a past interview or something. The site is surely starving for some new material at this point. I guess he meant it when he said "No more candy 4 U" so I guess he will share whatever content he wants with us..but you'd think he'd share some popcorn with us or something....a cookie maybe? Never got this damn email, and I signed up the very first day the club opened. I'm pissed!!!!! I just sent Lotusflow3r an email, inquiring about it. Hopefully, they will respond. If I don't get this T-shirt, I'm going to be additionally pissed!!!! I don't understand this at all, since I received emails from Lotusflow3r in the past, and now, nothing.
