Thought it would be interesting to see how many Orgers actually got "exclusive Lotusflow$r tickets" to ELLEN??

And before we get the fammies coming on saying "sour grapes".. I don't live in the USA so I didn't even try for tickets.

How many were successful?

1. 0 thats not one orger has gotten tickets..
2. Still 0, not one ticket..
3. 1 Person has got a ticket so far. bak1999 (lucky $%%$%$%%%!)

It really isn't that weird. I don't expect the Ellen show seating is limitless and loads will have already gone to Ellen fans who have been on a waiting list etc. Prince's camp would have secured a handful for Prince fans. The chances one or two of that handful being active orgers is quite slim.

After checking the site all day yesterday, I see this morning that I got an email that they sent out at 11 o'clock last night saying the tickets were now available... of course this morning, no more tix!

My email came at 2:11am. (I'm on the east coast and wasn't going to go anyway, but why not send an email at 12pm (PST) or something that says, Try for tickets at a certain time. That way people have more of a chance to get them.

I'm sure that a group of people knew at WHAT time the email was going out to the mass....and went on the Lotus site to get those tickets available prior to the email..therefore nothing was left for everyone else.

Well I don't know about everyone, but the "ticket" system on Lotusflow3r is /was really bad for the Ellen Degeneres Show..:

1. Any one can request tickets, even if they are in another state or country.
(I only say this because my cousin in Texas got on the list for Jay Leno, and was no where near the area!)

2. After the the original request have been filled & Industry folks have their tickets, there might be about 20 - 25 tickets left from 301 (total seats in the Ellen Studio).

3. There should be a system that keeps track of member activity so that members can only go to one "free event" within a 4 to 6 month period (unless there are plenty of tickets to go around or if it's a pre-sale event.).
I saw at least 6 of the same "bump squad" members at the Jay Leno show when it was aired.

I got my email at 10:45 p.m. on 2/20/09, and within 50 seconds I was online and there were NO tickets left...!!
The more I go to the Lotusflow3r website and think of how I paid $77 for no type of perks (just a t-shirt, which will be an XL and use a 3XL) and to top it off, I can't even download the music on there...LOL
