Packaging problems... Seems a number of NPGMC members in th UK have received damaged goods, mostly due to the fact that they have been travelling for two weeks in completely unprotected packaging. Is this the case in other countries?
So, what happens now? No doubt NPGMC will be flooded with mails demanding replacements, non-members will mock our misfortune, NPGMC will not respond or take responsibilty and the list of complaints grows. They seem to have no foresight at all. Surely they know that there is a good chance this would happen and so why not just make sure they are packaged better and avoid all the trouble? They have to be complete morons. I would think that there is more than enough change from my membership to buy a few metres of bubble-wrap! | |
