Of course, any change in your address info is crucial if they are to get the CD's to your correct address. But beside that i'm not sure what they're asking. Maybe they don't have access to your acct info and need something more. Be patient and professional in your responses to them and i'm betting they'll resolve your situation the best they can.

Address info, etc. can be used to verify the 'fam' name but is for the rest of it only crucial to get the CD to the right location on this nice planet.
This could mean addres info is not of vital importance for looking up if CD's were on some 'fam''s account and what the status of some order in that account is.
If things are organised differently I'd wonder why (in this state of 'I'm gonna sleep' mode).
