It is on his official website, so it seems legit.
Right now, you can only "pre-order" or "express interest" in it. If demand is low, I highly doubt they'll produce them. I do think that there is at least enough demand in the world to sell 950 of them. |

I really am not feeling good about this extravagant luxury item. WTF?? Why would he endorse a product that's created with alligator skin when he's supposed to be so pro animal rights???  And why would this come out now? This should have been available when he first had the 21 nights book for sale even though I wouldn't have bought it anyway, but at least it would make sense.
It just seems so tacky at a time when so many people are struggling in this nation to try to entice his fans to spend that kind of money to get an official 40 minute show of him during the 21 nights concert...and on an i-pod at that! I very rarely post, but this is soooo extravagant & bad timed. What when hundreds of fans have paid $77 to join a fan site which has delivered not much in exclusive content & we have to shell out $2100 to get a chain I'd be too embarrased to be seen wearing and a book I already got for £15 plus a chance to see a 40 minute video on an ipod! not a hater for those who can afford or will borrow to buy this, but i just don't have that $$ for P. Times are tough and he's a millionaire several times over already. I'm out of this & very disappointed in prince this time round. | |
