Damaged ONA BOX

When I arrived from work today I found my ONA BOX in my mailbox. It was wrapped in a Fed-ex enveloppe. Seems that here in Belgium we don't have to sign for it to receive it.
But when I opened it, I saw that the box was damaged. It looks like they had problems getting it thru the opening of the mailbox. Are there others that have the same problem ? And does anyone know if I can take some action against Fed-ex?

Of course you can. I guess their website has info on how to do that; else you can call their (toll-free?) number.
They'll probably say that packaging was insufficient so you can take this to gage.com/NPGMC.

I'm in Belgium, I had to sign.. Guess the Fedex man didn't want to come back.. Let NPGMC know, they should handle this..

My box is damaged, too. Please let me know if one can take action against Fed-Ex.

BTW: Extra consideration for those of you that (like me) still have to receive their ONAL 'set'...

If FedEx/UPS/postman/etc shows up with a damaged box (so you may think the CD's/booklet/etc are damaged as well) and you have to sign, you have the option to refuse the parcel (perhaps even with a statement of your reason).
Maybe you're in a better position if you go that route?
Any opinions, facts, tips?

So you have to open the package ?? the Fedex package is in a good state... it's the box inside which has some damages !

Opening the package is another case; what I meant was that if you can suspect (due to damage to the outside) the stuff contained within is damaged you should refuse while stating your reason.

Any ideas about the case wehere outside looks OK but the contents are damaged?

Update ( for those with the same problem as me ).

So far I have contacted npgmc@npgonlineltd.com, and they replied with the message to contact npg@gage.com . They should be able to help.

I also called fedex. They told me that they were very sorry for what has happend and they would talk to the person responsible for this. They also said that you MUST sign for your package. They had no right to just leave it in my mailbox.
At first they said that there was nothing else they could do, because the packaging isn't considered as something with value. Only the content counts. I replied that this isn't just any packaging, it is specially made for the CD's.
They replied that the only thing that I could do then whas to send them a letter with the complaint. But no guarantees that I would be compensaited or get a new box. So I have just send them this letter and now I can only wait.
Let's see what npg@gage.com has to say. I will get back when something changes.

Monday , I found a note from Chronopost , they 'd been at my door with 'so it read' , an internatonal package.
I called the number on the note somewhere in Brussels . There they gave me a local number to call to (from my province W-Vl)
I called this , and they said they would try to redeliver it next day, I asked them if they knew where it came from . But they couldn't tell; I was so impatient (hoping it was the ONA box) I asked if I could collect it myself... they agreed.
So at about 6 pm I drove about 15 km from Kortrijk to Meulebeke where the depot was to get the parcel .

And YES ... Happy ending smile

(I had to sign twice )

Mine was damaged too. So that is what they meant by "exclusive" cd's. They are different from the retail version!
