I can't get to the page to sign up for Lotusflow3r.com

Can any of u help me? I go to the website and click onto the purple ticket. It won't let me log on. what goes in the first spot after March 07,/ and what goes in the second spot _____,CA? neutral I received an email because I put my information in b4 the website launched. I am totally confused. Plz help.
