My take on this video is that it is a reflection of the relationship between two people who want to be together but can't for some reason or another. There are all types of objects in the way of them being together on the same plain. I took the dance part as they are both equally bad (as in good) at what they do and when they come together there are cosmic explosions. I could be so wrong it wouldn't be the first time but I think it is one big metaphor for a relationship that is somewhat unattainable at the moment. It says at the end of the video to be continued so maybe the next video will explain the first a little better. I still like the video, but maybe Prince you could do a behind the video for the website to show us what shooting a video with you is like. That would be hot but only if I get to direct it wink wink
