I just logged on to the site and it is vastly improved (in terms of speed).


Maybe it is because I am living in Singapore and it is 3pm (which is a time neither E.U. or North America are really awake) or the sever has been upgraded.

I have noticed the biggest difference with the "3d" section with all the videos and images. the globe spins quite quickly now and the videos are (for the most part) not choppy and do not cut off.

i forgot to mention i am running a Mac Book Air and Firefox. Had no issues downloading the MP3's either.

Mine is a bit better, most of the videos in the vault are OK to play. Crimison and Clover is still slightly choppy though

Still can't download any albums though, I keep getting the Navigation to the Webpage error and a dialog box which hangs at 0% download.

Yeah i went on at work and it was rapid, went to the downloads and still won't let me! at least they're doing something about it!

Well they are obviously optimizing the site now.

I noticed some of the graphics in the video ball were gone. If they keep it up... the site can move forward.

Yes it is a big improvement. So far on my work computer, the vids in the archives on the site, have no choppiness in them. Hopefully it will be the same when I try it out on my home computer.

I agree. The videos are playing 100% better, no choppiness at all for me right now...

As Scott clay said. They were doubling the Server size. Its due to that, that everything is much faster

I'm very happy with the response time with the improvements on the new site.

Unlike previous Prince sites, it looks like there's actually a real team behind this one and they are making improvements on a daily basis. That was NEVER the case with previous sites.

The WAV downloads are working, the video section is much faster, and listening to the CDs is much easier.

There needs to be some follow up of GOOD publicity about the site to follow the bad.

Yer the sites faster but sumtimes the videos stop playing and i still cant download the albums...

Prince is my god(again)was begining to think it might be the most expensive t-shirt I've ever bought(that's if it turns up)made my week which started off pretty shitty then got shitter and then evenshittier but all is good again !!
