Who is Jimi I just looked at Paisley news. I couldn't find another thread on it and I haven't a clue what this is about. Anyone else know or got ideas?

there is a song on the new common cd with erykah badu called 'jimi was a rock star...' i haven't heard it yet...the cd comes out tuesday...but i assume it's about jimi hendrix... | |

JIMI JIMI WAS A ROCK STAR As you've already been informed, it's a track off the new Common album, "Electric Circus". I have the album, and it is superb. Very very highly recommended ... as long as you like hip hop. ROOTS Q: How sweet is the hook on The Roots new jam, "Break U Off"? A: 2 A track from the equally superb new Roots album. Again very highly recommended. Buy them both. | |
