I'm sorry but this is fucking ridiculous. A few bugs/glitches are expected, but you launch a website, for which you charge people $77, with one of the main selling points being the ability to download 3 albums and on the first day only 2 albums work in wav format?

Then on the second day, people cannot even download any of the albums in any format? And now no one can log in but they have the audacity to send a reminder email to people (some of whom have already joined) to log in and pay tonight! GTFOHWTBS!

And let's not forget those whose credit cards have been charged multiple times due to the technical difficulties.

Very, very unprofessional, even for a Prince venture. What the hell were they doing for the past 2 months? Beta test anyone?

Seems to be back now and my record is still perfect.

I have yet to have an entire video play.

I don't really have a problem with the videos once I maximize them. Everything else works just fine now!

If they're gonna lock the site for maintenance, a perfunctory "Site down for maintenance" message would be nice.
