If you are having problems with the site (getting in, downloading) then ask for help here or at support@lotusflow3r.com. If you got double-charged, then email them and tell them. They will handle it. They are very courteous.

Anyone who got overdraft fees from double-billing ... all I can say is that you probably shouldn't be buying a Prince membership if you have that little in the bank. Sorry to say that but it's true.

Sounds like you are having buyer's remorse over the $77 membership fee. If $77 is too much for you, you shouldn't have joined. Most of the site issues have been resolved within the first week.

This "getting my money back" is childish - seriously it is.
