I am really pissed, went on last night to buy tickets and not only couldn't get tickets but website sucks. Called my credit card company, am disputing payment. Speaking as an attorney that drafts contracts, I can tell you that people write things into "terms and conditions" all the time that are not necessarily legally enforceable. As a practical matter, a consumer has a decent chance of getting a refund in a situation like this if they go through their credit card company and dispute the charge and have the ability to articulate the issue well in writing. To put it another way, if I'd spent $77 on this site on Tuesday only to find that the content I was promised wouldn't download because of errors in the site design, I'm basically 99% sure I'd be able to win that dispute if I pursued it with my card company (which I'd couple with an official refund request to LF.com so that I'd have a proper record established).
