The zip appears corrupt. Incomplete.
Tried three times.
Same short zip.
Cannot unpack it.
Can unzip the other 2 albums...

And it IS zip.

I have the same problem - MPLSound wav files do not completely download. It stops around 194 mb for me and then attempts to decompress, when it should be about a 450 mb download if you compare to the other two albums. The mp3 download for MPLSound worked fine for me.

I cannot unpack it.
Just determine the file type from the contents.
So I am unable to help.

I'd rather have confirmation that they're aware of teh issue.
I assume nothing technical until confirmed.

I am on FF.
Dumped IE some time ago.
Still I get the same `short` files of about 196 MB which are missing data for unzip to unpack them.

I've tried 4 times since the launch and it's stopped at 196 every time. It should be somewhere close to 450MB, I reckon.

My idea.
By now they should be aware (others say they are!) so how much time does it cost to upload a CD for them?
Are they on ADSL or something?

a) upload befor going live
b) check that the upload was OK
c) have the support telephone line open (it isn't!)
d) have someone answer emails (no response)
e) fix the issues quickly (you guess...)

And I wasn't first in line (I am in Europe, so my day was over before I could check the site) so there was plenty of lead time to fix the stuff.
Of course it will be sorted out some time, but it is about quality now.
And this bug, as I call it, doesn't indicate quality.
Now it costs them many many Gigabytes of bandwidth.

While you wait for them to fix the downloads, you can play the Fury "solo" on the guitar in the MPLSS section of the website. Or try some tap harmonics by touching your screen wink (I am also frustrated with the download errors)

Udo,

calm down,
It seems also to be a puzzle.

How I solved it:

rename de file to a -.rar file,
then unrar it
then rename the unrared file with no extention to -.zip
and unzip

solved.

stupid I now,
but it seems that we are dealing with a man who likes practical jokes ...
childish, but we already knew that.

It seems also to be a puzzle.

How I solved it:

So 196MB is the correct size for MPLSound WAV zip?
Why is it so much smaller than the other two albums?

rename de file to a -.rar file,
then unrar it
then rename the unrared file with no extention to -.zip
and unzip

solved.

Sorry.
Not for me:
Mplsound_MPLSoUND_wav.zip.rar is not RAR archive

stupid I now,
but it seems that we are dealing with a man who likes practical jokes ...
childish, but we already knew that.

?
I paid.
I expect a functioning product.
I can get into some kind of joke or riddle or puzzle or whatever, but then stuff got to work.
And now it doesn't for most people here?

euh I did leave the .zip out of the . rar,
substitute the zip with rar, should work, altough I didn't try it with the wav files.
I dl the mp3 files because of the slow download this morning,
will dl the wav files later when things calmed down.
