I learned this weekend that I was charged twice for membership to Lotusflow3r. I used my debit card initially to pay for membership and I received a message that stated that the transaction did not go through. I then switched to another card and obtained membership. I wasn't until this weekend when I was reviewing my accounts that I noticed the two charges. I sent an email to the support website but have yet to get a response. I also called the phone number mentioned on the site but the voice mailbox is full. Glad to hear that I am not alone with this problem. | |

Hmmmm i was charge 8 times down in Australia and 1 week later got all my funds back because they were kept on hold pending authorisation.
I can't believe i stupidly did this. I was so anxious to get on i kept entering my details & it did cross my mind imagine i was getting charged. Such a scare but so glad it's sorted out and i can now enjoy the website. I'll never make the same mistake. | |

I got a reply today stating that they have seen that my cc company doesn't support Address Verification which is why I was declined and that they are working on getting the laws more relaxed.
Maybe it's the same for some others? I've got my money again and an informative reply so I'm pleased. One will just have to wait a while until they've managed to improve things. | |
