at work it doesn't come up b/c i heard, even if there's a virus or something it will not come up -a black screen will appear but at home, it works... Um... let me warm up my vocals

I've also found that if your sound card is on the fritz it will not load properly. Just a black screen. Check that part as well. On two occassions I've erroneously reported a possible update due to a black screen when it wasn't fully loading due to my computer mismanaging my sound driver. Walking alone in the dark, I see nothing u see
