What is inside... Hello,
This morning (Wednesday december 4) I received the box set by mail. I had to sign for it. The package was a big white envelop whith FedEx on it. The sender is in Chanhassen, MN, USA. When I opened the envelop the set came out. It is a large black box whith Prince's picture on it. The box is about 2.5 jewelcases long and about 4 thick.The box is really a box, whith a lit on it. The (spectacular) tracklist is on the bottom of the box. Inside the box I found: 1 long, quite heavy, full color, glossy photobook whith some extra information about the show and the songs and some thank you notes and things like that. Underneath the book: 1 jewelcase whith the two ONA...live cd's. The cd's itself are black. 1 jewelcase whith 'One Nite Alone...The aftershow: It Ain't Over!' (Up Late With Prince & The NPG), 1 paper case: One Nite Alone...Solo piano and voice by Prince 1 mini poster whith a guitar playin' Prince on it. I'm listening to ONA...live cd1 right now. Sound quality couln't be better, it really brings back the feeling I had during the last concerts in Ahoy', Rotterdam. Oh man, John B's drumsolo is on right now! (Now I'm drippin'!) cool 4 u, nut did anyone receive the box on december 5??
Bcuz I really would like to know if I must get excited to go home and find it on my doorstep!! Maybe not... I got a ticket for the last show of the euro ONA tour!  | |

When ONA started shipping it was 3 weeks before I saw my copy in the mail. I'm expecting the same thing this time so somewhere between 12/10 & 12/16 is my estimated arrival date. But if it shows up at the local cd store before I get my copy the angry e-mails will fly. | |

So if some people have been getting it at the start of the week and now people are getting it on dec 5, that doesn't make much sense, does it? Anyway, it's cool to see that at least some folks have it by now and are enjoying it. Fingers crossed. Let's hope it will arrive before saturday. it makes sense to spread out the delivery. if there are any problems with delivery, they do not have to send them all out again. unfortunately, i have not received mine yet and i am worried that these nonmembers are going to receive theirs before i receive mine. remember crystal ball? what a mess that was. | |
