Im not currently in the npg club,i was thinking about joining at the beginning of the year,but im kinda of weary,because of all the shady things ive heard about it.Somebody please help me on my decision,should i join???

Sure it is. It's a great way to get an intimate perspective on the artist and first dibs to a lot of his music. Better still if you can make it to one of the concerts. The soundcheck and front row seats would be enough, but to have the artist himself field questions from the fam is unparralled access for an artist of his stature. I actually got to sing with him on stage and share a few words with him. That along makes me a life long member. Enjoy!

Whatever the site promises for year 3, disregard it because there is a 95% chance you wont get it.

Strip it down to the bare minimum and dont expect it any sooner than the end of the year.

Also, be forewarned that he may not tour in your area, he may cancel the tour half way into it (like he did with year 1), even though youre buying as part of a presale more than likely youre not getting the best seats in the house, and if the ticket sale falls too close to the end of your membership, they will make you sign up for the following year as well to get into the soundcheck.

Almost none of the music you get will actually be exlusive.

It will likely hit retail a month after you get it, and for a fraction of the price.

Access to the Celebration does not mean a pass to it, it means that you will be allowed to purchase tickets to it which cost a few more hundred dollars. Same thing goes for the concerts.

The retail section is not exploding with merchandise as stated.

Your order may easily get lost and cause it to take even longer to get shipped than anticipated. They have a long track record going back at least 5 years, of losing peoples orders.

They dont do chat rooms as advertised.

And dont hold your breath on any of the bootlegged classics youve come to know and love.

personally no i dont think its worth it ... infact the club has put me off prince a bit... but what i do suggest is that u visit prince.org b4 u join next year to see what u get... dont listen to the opinions... just the facts like what u actaully get... then u can decide for yourself if your $100 is worth it.
