It seems like it's gonna be graphic heavy, and computers,to save time, keep pages saved so it can just recall it from memory instead of downloading ALL the info again. Gives U the illusion that it's getting u the page quick when all it's really doing is "remembering" the page and giving U what it "remembers" and occasionally, it's not remembering what's new cuz it's too busy remembering what's old.
