This section was like a ghost town for awhile. Glad to know things may be coming alive again with the new website.

I wonder how the site is going to be promoted or if he is going to rely on us little people to help spread the word. But then I am not to sure how he feels about us little people on the net?! (I'm sort of confused) It will be interesting. Us little people could help. Just wondering! You know?!

I remember signing up on the 3121 web page. And that's all it turned out to be just a web page that was up during the 21 nites london shows, vegas shows, and to promote the 3121 perfume, tix.

We'll see how the lotus page goes.

3121 didnt promise to sell music did it i dont remember that, plus he talked about it in the interview as a way to distribute his music prior to launching the site

I feel good about this one i think it may well be a new npgmc as its says concert tix as well - i bet he honours the old npgmc peeps with membership to make up for the last year or so, he obviously still owns the database as he mailed us all prior to the 21 nights at the 02 concerts.

hes been very active over this last year despite the gripes here in the org, i personally think he has a love affair with the net, i also do believe it was prince himself who had a short run wall on facebook and is now just there for you to be a fan of, which exlains half cooked ideas like the 3121 site which semed to evolve and then shut down.

then we get mplsound as a home spun temporary way to get the tunes out, possibly in light of giving that interview he decided to not have stuff leaked but to make it available for us as soundbites to co-incide with the printed release of the interview, makes sense to me. Prince knows the sales of his music isnt where its at, its the live shows.

The interview said he had his web designers in and i reckon that was probably show to prove that he is doing what he claims to be doing; a new interactive site. They take time to design and develop but I reckon he must be close to launching it but it cant be quite ready hence the holding page. I bet he wanted it timed with the interview and music release but sometimes shit happens and deadlines arent met.

oh and i do wish hed find a new line other than pennies can scatter!!!!!
