I would have been much much happier just going to the local EMI shop, give my 40-50€ for all three albums and tell the salesmen to tell people to buy these CDs, then walk home, holding them CDs in my hands, looking at them, smelling the fresh smell of untouched booklets. At home I would enjoy the sound of removing the CD from the cover for the first time to the top (I love that little "crack"), put it in my CD player, turn up the volume, lie down between the speakers and listen to each CD. No stupid credit cards and stupid data. And no problems with purchasing them for a 16-year-old. My money is worth just as much as someone's who has been a fan for 25 years. | |
