Take a Stand Radical Man The Benjamin Franklin Questionnaire
Ok the smoke is starting to get kinda thick.. so here's a questionnaire. Where do y'all in the ORG stand? [X] "In the matter of a blinking eye all of us right now can testify. Take a stand, radical man." [ ] NPGMC is not answering to my satisfaction, my paying or potential customer inquiry or complaint. [ ] NPGMC in the past 10 months has not sent me what I would call exclusively new music. [ ] I am not happy that NPGMC has sent only 1 cd with mostly previously released music from year 1. [ ] I am a NPGMC customer that has not yet received this cd. [ ] I agree that NPGMC is guilty of false advertising through a PR company posting misleading information that subscribers receive books, instruments and other services for $100. [ ] NPGMC is ending the service on December 31, 2002 and I was misled to believe that it is a year membership. [ ] The term "at least 4 CDs" led me to believe that there would be more than 4 albums sent during the year, or at least 4 separate albums. [ ] I think NPGMC posts rude commentary responses to consumer concerns on the website or in its cryptic emails. [ ] I feel that positive criticism of NPGMC's service is the only way to make it better. [ ] I am disappointed that NPGMC is reportedly releasing a 3 CD set of old songs performed live to customers at the same time that it is being released to retail at a cheaper price. What I think should be done here is the creation of a well constructed form letter listing each of our grievances with the club. Then, each of us sends that letter to the BBB. | |

I suggested this in an earlier thread but no-one was interested. It seems that lots of people are prepared to bitch about the service but aren't prepared to pool resources and try a different method. I urge club members to get together and construct an e-mail petition to send to the 'club'. I will also start a thread of the new mail I sent to NPGMC which does not contain the repetative questionng about ONA live. | |
