When the membership is up at the end of December 2002 then we all can give r thoughts on Year 2. Still 2 months left 2 get the remaining 3 cds that was in the membership. I think this year has been very good up2 this point, if u didnt pay U`re 100$ that so many fams r crying about, u would not of got in2 soundchecks, first choice 4 tickets etc. that in its self is priceless. Just give it a chance and support the man u have followed 4 years.

yes ure right, and the soundcheck was fabulous.. but when eye wanted to join, eye had no idea about the soundcheck "EXTRA"..plus, he didnt pay for my gas to go to another state, and he didnt cover the ticket, so yes, a great oppurtunity, but what is balancing thing "EXTRA" feature such as Soundcheck?

Information? well, we all know they piss in an email and send it. eye can smell it before eye open it.

Cd's? Well eye've only recieved one, and eye had half of the material (Paid for half in membership one) also.. the info they first gave me has now changed, and wont be getting the cd's that were orig. planned.

Retail section? Paleaaase, fabulous stuff? its overpriced, and half of that stuff should be taken off.. perhaps a few singles? or something that actually deals with music? eye dont know about you, but eye'm actually in this club to support the music side of it.. nothing more..

Updated Site? Yeah right, with stuff no'one cares about.. and eyem not even asking for downloads, eye realize thats too much to ask, being an "extra" perk and all.. but eye figured a "club" site is something u visit frequently, there is nothing great about visiting the npgmc site.. thankfully we have this place. heck, eye'd rather give 50 dollars to prince, and the other 50 be send to the Org. since eye get more info out of it than his joint.

Customer Support? this is a plain out joke, sometimes eye have to be careful how to word it, so eye wont piss someone off that is taken care of my cd's... that will one day be shipped. that whole email'ing things a joke, eye will never email them anything else, unless they lost some of my goods..

These simple things, stated above, should be corrected in 2003.. and somewhere down the line in 03, if eye see a vast improvemnt, eye maybe will reconsider it, and so should the rest, but eye understand why there is so much confusion, high tempered people. It makes his first year of npgmc look like it turned out to be the best idea, there was always something there for the fans, every month, and eye'm pretty sure when its all calculated up, The amount of music in year 2 wont compare to year one.

i love the club. $100 was worht the soundchck, and my great seats on it's own. not to mention the live album we are gonna get. that is probbably worth $50. that's how much the hits cost. quit yo bitchin!!

the membership ends in february i believe...

this live cd is surely not gonna have full lenght songs.. at least on the ones eye want. they will be a minute or two, an intro like song towards the end, at least thats what he did at our concert. It was great, but eye certianly wouldnt advertise HITS on this live set.. goodness..

eye mean, eye see One Nite Alone listed on the tracklisting? r u sh*ttin me? when he played it, it was less than at minute. then eye got the chicago concert, and it was short also..

its like a crap load of intros on disk 2.. maybe a few overdubbed "hits"

actually, you funked-up-jackass, if you paid ANY attention to the MANY posts on this site regarding the topic, you'd know by now that the 2002 membership ends in december. don't believe me? e-mail the club, or...better yet, read their so-called site.

it clearly states that the membership this year ends in december, 2002. REGARDLESS of when you joined. so my prediction is that by the end of december we'll have the ONA live set...about a month after it's released to retail, about 2 weeks after it has been put into the cut-out bin.

Actually, I don't think that it should have been called Year 2 at all. More like 'One Day In June When I Got My CD'. That's all it's meant to me so far.

If complaints mount up in the BBB about delayed Delivery, Poor Customer Service, and False Advertising (and believe me they are) you might see Prince take notice, wake up and do the same thing that happened with the Crystal Ball fiasco. He tossed in an extra cd and got it out on the shelves. In the end i honestly believe that he wants you to be happy.

However this is a sticky situation where he's got your $100 and the Customer Service is balking and stalling at answering the serious questions. There appears to be a serious problem in the way this business is run and its your responsiblity as an investor to change it. Its very easy for someone as busy as he is not to see the perspective that we see. One article in a Minneapolis Local opinion@startribune.com and the world press will jump all over it. But the articles have to be clear and to the point.

At this point.. the fiasco becomes "exposed" and he won't be able to fart away his problems with a cryptic bullshit fairytale posted on his website.. he'll have the world looking at how he treats his most loyal music lovers on top of the industry seeing how he runs his "alternative"

He thought he was dropping some seeds with that last post but instead of taking root, it just smelled like more cow dung.

Then if the 3-CD set starts going out we all know what he'll do. He'll easily white wash the rip-off value with selected testimony from his over zealous fanatics that would pay $100 for each CD just to feel like they are the few precious remaining followers of the "royal flock" And since its a race against time, these very few but very loud fanatics are doing a damn good job at saying as much as they can "wait until December"

NPGMC has had more than enough time to at least apologize for the delay of delivery. I don't know if everyone has been writing clear to the point emails with satisfaction oriented "positive" complaints... but if you don't speak up, nothing is going to change.
