I have a question...??

I ordered a Hat and T-shirt on September 28th.
I still haven't received anything and when i mail to the club they answer back stating that they have a 4 to 6 week period in which they can still send it.

In my account states SHIPPED... already for about 4 weeks ago.

Has anyone experienced this as well ??

same thing here (CD + tourbook since they didn't sell them during the tour!), my order has been showing 'shipped' 4 3 weeks now. Money's been taken from my creditcard couple weeks ago, still haven't received anything . Kinda worried, since I don't know how/when they send it, usually no problems with other e-purchases (not even back in the 1800-NewFunk days)

Don't worry! Had the same experience 2 months ago. Eventually you will get your stuff. But i agree that earlier this year shipment was much faster. Perhaps there are more orders nowadays?o

That was about to happen to me, but I emailed npg@gage.com (the company that actually shipps the products) and told them I hadn't received my stuff and I received my things in 3 days.
