Not that its actually a situation, but eye kindly asked npgmc what it means this time (since its something different with every package and here was the question and answer)

"In Progress" Does this mean they have been put in the mailbox to be shipped? or they
havent been shipped?

Very short and to the point.. dont know if this means, none have been shipped, cause my ONA piano cd stayed in progress for weeks after eye recieved it, buy maybe this will calm, or maybe help some people understand what it exactly means.

Cool. So that means my tickets for the London shows are about to be shipped! (They are showing as in progress too.)

Didn't someone mention that her tickets for his NYC concert were listed as In Progress now, too? Uh, that show was in April, wasn't it? If "In Progress" means they're about to be shipped, then whoever it was that mentioned this about her tickets might be a little miffed she missed the concert!

"in progress" is probably just a safety valve of a term so you'll get off their backs, (although you're justified)
