NPGMC Responce to Poor Customer Service

Just in:

Hello

All members will receive all the CDs promised 2 them as part of their membership in 2002. We see no evidence of "non-delivery of product".

Addressed me with "Hello" and not "High" anyway- I emailed them earlier this morning- Told them that many members were confused, let down, talking of not renewing and of seeking refunds by their credit cards. I also mentioned the poor rating by the BBB- no response to that.

I'm out of it- just going to look forward to what ever it is that we end up with...
Socks still got butt like a leather seat...

* * This is to all you investors. * *

What i mean is consumers who are concerned with paid value for $100 and didn't get the cash from their mommy and daddy that they usually buy comic books with. This isn't for the religious fanatics who behave like this is the church collection plate or the con-artist worshipers who litter each thread and feel they are betraying the golden calf.. so save it.

If you are fed up or feel you should be treated better or felt you were misled. The next step after contacting the BBB is to forward your well written concerns to the consumer editor of the Minneapolis Star Tribune at opinion@startribune.com. They are wonderful people.

http://www.startribune.co...03227.html

Letters should be brief, up to 250 words. Commentary articles should be kept to 750 words. Please don't send submissions as attachments and you're giving them permission to publish it by submitting the letter. You may want to make the letter directed to Chris Riemenschneider who wrote an article from a mistreated NPGMC customer at

This is the way service is greatly improved.

Wasn't it Delay of Product that was getting the more impatient NPGMC members annoyed combined with the confusion of other releases?

"We see no evidence" Well duh! there they are in the mailers waiting for the mail-trucks to come pick them up until he finishes his tour. We don't want a live album to conflict with an ongoing tour now do we? disbelief

A more sweeter response would be "With resepct to your concerns, we apologize but NPGMC wishes to surprise its valued members with the 4 cds during the year 2002."

End of mystery. nod

Good things come to those who wait. Sometimes.. hmm
