OMFG, did U know this?! (It's old news, but still...) Prince had several lawsuits filed against him by WOOD MARK/HM PUBLISHING, NPG from 1993-2006, because they already owned the names NPG Records & NPG Music Club. The lawsuits against NPG Records were filed in 1993 & published in 1994, but abandoned in 1995. They've filed several against NPG Music Club since 2001. Only one day after July 3rd, 2006 (the date that company filed yet another lawsuit against it) the NPG Music Club website closed!
