I know that there are a lot of unhappy npgmc members out there, but I just wanted to say that now that he's touring Europe again, I'm really happy with my membership.

At last I've had great seats to see him, which was my main reason for joining, even if they were at a premium. But, to be honest, if I could have found seats like that I would've paid the touts extra money anyway, so it's fine that he gets it rather than the touts as far as I'm concerned.

Before he toured, I was unhappy with my membership and didn't think it was value for money, but my opinion has turned around 100%. I loved seeing a soundcheck too, and meeting other .org friends.

Has anyone else changed their opinion of the npgmc since seeing him live, or am I alone?

Not if you're living in the real world, he hasn't. We paid for product, not random & scattered & constantly different "benefits." To this point, we have received one of four promised products, & it looks as if Prince will skimp off & give us a 3 CD set that will be available in stores for far cheaper than what we're paying for it.

Come through for us? Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case.

When I joined NPGMC with the promise of 4 cds I expected 4 single cds or possibly 2 single cds & 1 double cd. I hadn't considered 1 single cd & 1 triple cd set. I also didn't expect all NPGMC releases to be exclusive forever. I thought 1 or 2 might be exclusive but I expected some NPGMC releases to coincide with commercial releases.

Y2 is not up yet. I look forward to what's planned, and looking even more forward 2 Y3 after that - will be different 4sure. Those eggs will hatch within the next few months!

Look at the 1957 post on NPGMC. You guys are judging the Club before it has fully ended. For all you know, Prince may end up giving us more than 4 CDs. Then what would you say?

I agree that we should take the membership issue as a whole and not just parts..
P is entitled to walk with our $ and give us 4 crap CD's and will any 1 complain-
Instead whilst conducting a risky tour accross Europe and giving us the opportunity to see the soundchex-as well as afterparty VIP access this years membership is already paid for.
We have to learn to respect the man- who isn't ripping us off..lets face it how many CD's did NPGMC1.0 give us?
Don't expect miracles - we cannot raid the closet yet, however to get closer to the music and the mission we must support it and promote it rather than dish it..
What if tomorrow there is no NPGMC3.0- a sore loss for us all 4 cds or not!

I miss the feeling of excitement when listening to a new Prince album.
Remember the first time u listened to Sign, Lovesexy or D+P or Come or even Emacipation?
It was exciting and weird... now its just sad... and like listening to track 16 of the Grafitti Bridge album on loop.
I miss your good music Mr. Nelson... I really do ... one day I have faith that u'll come good again...
I hope its sooner rather than later...
