Response time npg@gage.com?

Hello,

What is the response time you experience when emailing npg@gage.com about an orderdesk question, sales issue, etc?
Please post if you have info on this.

i've never had much luck...last year, when i was e-mailing them about the BOOTLEG videos they sold me, i had to send multiple e-mails a day for about a week for them to even send me a reply...and of course, then it would not really address my issue at all.

good luck...please post your experience to let others know how the club is handling things...

Hmmm...
I'm trying to cancel some tixx so I guess it'll be hard.

Maybe I should just give it in the hands of the CC company once I get my monthly receipt (or whatever you call it).

Are there alternatives to the npg@gage.com?
Other email addresses?
Fax?
Voice phone?

I've emailed them 2 or 3 times regarding the ONA piano cd, and they got back to me relatively quickly, within a week for sure, and it seems more like 3-4 days.

Well I'm not so impressed... I placed on order on 8-30-02
for some stuff around 80 bucks or so. They billed my card that day. I have since paid the bill on my card. But have failed 2 receive anything. I received a reply 2 my first emale asking for my name and address. and since have send an second emale inquiring about the process of billing in advance of shipping and have not received a reply.

I was in my third week of waiting for the DOW CD single and I e-mailed them to ask if I should be concerned...got a response in about 48 hours and got my disc about 5 days later.

Why not?
I was early enough with my polite request, THEY are wasting time.
There was no sale, just a reservation.
There's enough demand to fill the cancelled tickets.
I have serious reasons (loss of job, income).
Etc, etc.

that´s right, but my Credit Card has already been billed, so that makes it a sale...

eye am also trying 2 cancel some tix due 2 personal circumstances. Hopefully NPGMC will grant it.

They asked for my full name and address info.
I asked for confirmation on their action(s).
Let's see what comes of this...
