Arrgh, seems that 3121 has some bugs in it. When I hit the back button and logged in, it accepted me and said, "Welcome back", but all of the information fields were empty. When I filled in the information and hit enter, it said that the name was already taken, and that I needed to pick another name.

Okay, I got in, but I had to use my old name with some words attached to the end of it. The password is still the same as the one I used for my old name, but I'm wondering if I'm still going to be entitled to the benefits that they're offering former NPGMC members? I hope so, since my address has not changed, and I had to change my name because the website would not accept it.

So today I tried to log in again using the 'Member? Log In' button at the top right and now it says, "The username/password combination you entered has not been found."

But when I do it through NPGMC Members I get, "Welcome Back... Please take a moment 2 make sure ur profile in4mation is accurate." which I already did Friday. And I was able to log at the top without problems yesterday, too.



I hope they get the Help & FAQ section working soon!



and I still haven't received a password email edit.

What is even stranger is I clicked on "forgot password" they sent me my npgmc name and password but when I log in it says not found

I was told by a reliable source that "there is no NPGMC".

I finally got it to work.

Somehow my "S" in Synergy (which I always capitalize) wasn't capitalized, so that was the problem the whole time. I finally was like screw this and changed the big S to a lower case s and got authenticated in 2 seconds.

I don't understand how the name's caps changed and I am glad that I was finally recognized by the screwy database ( ), but I want my capital "S" back, dammit!


New site, same old problems - already! Man, this ought to be interesting.

I registered at the end of last week and received confirmation the same day. I'm still waiting on a passcode though. Is anyone else still waiting. I wasn't an NPGMC member by the way so I'm assuming that may be the reason.

I reckon this is exactly what has happened. The order in which this has been done really sucks!

That said being the FAM that I am I went and got floor tix for those nights I had upper tier. Just got to sell those upper tier now (which I doubt even the ticket touts will take off me).

However, another way of looking at it is that for £62.42 I got floor tickets (if I don't sell the upper tier) so still not bad!
