Im in row C of the opening night!!! My birthday. I am so pleased I never paid for the VIP thing.

I tried to log in with my old NPGMC name and password, and I get a welcome back message. I then change somethings that are no longer accurate, but when I submit it says that this name is already taken. What should I do?

i think codes went out only to uk residents I'm from Belgium, registered with my NPGMC account, confirmed my details, got the confirmation mail. ... but no password

I got the same so I just changed my username. I'd gotten bored of my username over at NPGMC anyway and by renaming myself, it felt like a new start. Let's hope 3121.com is a new start too.

With regards to the tickets, I'm in Row C, Block 110 anyway, so I don't really see the benefit of the new allocations for me.

now I dig it ... they either don't send a password to ppl that don't live in the UK OR (and I think this is the fact) they don't send you a password if you did not click the 'Ok to contact you by email' square. Of course, at this moment, you can't XS ur own details to rectify that ... for once somebody is using opt-in instead of opt-out strategy, I am f-k-d.

Ok, there's a glitch in their system. Old NPGMC membership is not being flagged as 'used' when reregistering, so you can create multiple 3121.com accounts from that single NPGMC account. I did it because on the 1st try I forgot to flag the square 'bout the e-mail. The second account receives e-mail without issue

Livid, absolutely livid.

I fought to get tickets when they were released with every other price fan, O2 password owner, got tickets to 4 dates which vary from 2nd tier to the last row up near the heavens.

Now I can get gold circle seating albeit is behind the stage for the same price all because O2/Prince/Ticketmaster cannot sell all of the VIP/auction packages on offer at stupid prices.

Do I feel ripped off or what.

i just bought 4 sets of 4 tickets each all on the floor and used my old membership id and 3 new ones i just created

mabye when theres a real use to sign in like (Ex..download/buy)
from 3121 u can change it...

I was a "lifetime" member and 3121 it didn't recognize me at all, nor did it tell me my "user name was already taken", so I don't know what y'all are talkin' about.

This happened to me too, and pissed me off cuz I had my User ID from day 1 and hate that it is taken So I changed it up a little and have a "new" one. But I tried logging under the old ID and it is definitely gooooone for good

Nevermind. I can see others are having the same problem with NPGMC usernames.
