3121 Spy Report: Chelsea Rodgers Our spies were out-and-about 2day enjoying a beautiful sunny Saturday in Beverly Hills when they spotted the one-and-only Chelsea Rodgers in the middle of a photo shoot in the park. Chelsea rocked her signature earth boots and we couldn't help but stop an stare. Supercute.

It has an oriental lady on the front and if I remember it may have had the lyrics to 3121 on it. (anybody else have a better memory than me?) It was a very soft, thin material. | |
