LOL! I believe the point is that Prince and that group that was suing him must have come to some kind of understanding as Prince is using the www.npgmusicclub.com domain again. Though not in the capacity that some of us were hoping for. sad

Perhaps they did work something out, but as of this moment there aren't any documents filed. It looks like PPE simply decided to drop the issue (i.e., gave up trying to trademark or use NPGMC) as there have been no filings in awhile...

My "far reaching quess" is that this European publishing company that was suing Prince must own or have a major stake in the newspaper company that Prince is reportedly giving away his new CD - "Planet Earth", in every newspaper in London.

Check into that...
