what exactly does 'in progress' mean? Does it mean I am guaranteed tickets? i have a confirmation no... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Yeah,
I think that means you're OK. Mine was saying that and then I just received confirmation emails today. (2 days after ordering!). Can't get into the site at the moment thoug. It appears to be busy... *Om* | |

well not really...they messed up with many other fans tickets since yesterday. My status for one of the London shows shows "cancelled" now whereas the show they were supposed to cancel for me (Manchester) shows "shipped". How dumb is that?
I just hope the status doesn't mean anything but with them you never know... | |

So, not just me that's noticed this, although mine still show cancelled. I have mailed them to ask what's going on, all very odd. RIP  | |

has anyone heard anything back from npgmc? I have just checked my UR account only to find that my ticket is now cancelled whereas it was fine last week! | |

I was “in progress” until today. Now I am “shipped”. I have never been “cancelled”. I think as long as you have a confirmation number you are ok. Also check your credit card has been debited! | |

I haven't recieved a reply from the club, but my tickets are now showing as in progress. RIP | |
