Tony Tone Toni

Wasn't Tony Toni Tone suppose to play at 3121 earlier this month? I never heard anything?

pkidwell	they did the only thing i heard on the radio was that people were upset that the lead singer wasn't Raphael Saadiq but was wearing a disguise the entire night to fake people out

pkidwell	yeah....they said when he took his glasses and hat off and people realized it wasn't him, they started walking out who knows how many did this or if it is true but i heard it on local radio here

FreeMuze	I wasn't at the 3121 show, but I did see the Tonies a few years back without Saadiq, and the EXACT same thing happened. Tickets were only 5 bucks, but soon as the lead singer walked out half the audience turned and left! I stayed because they are still a tight band (Carl, Dwayne, Tim), but it wasn't the same w/o Raphael.
