I FOUND THIS ...

Instructions
Save the cue sheet to your HD (
In www.NPG.at they have CUESHEETS for all the editions)
Reboot your PC.

Close all unnecessary programs (including messengers etc).

Start up WinAmp (2.7+ — use the "lite" version).
CTRL-P.
Plug-ins -> Output
Select "Nullsoft disk writer".
Click "configure", select place were .wav file must go. You need at least 700 MB free space. (Recommendation: do not select a place on a seperate PC, select one of your local discs.)
Click "Close".
CTRL-O.
Select NPGMC Ahdio mp3 (high quality version).
Hit "play" on winamp. Wait 10/15 minutes till WinAmp is finished.
CTRL-P.
Plug-ins -> Output
Select "Nullsoft waveout".
Click "Close".
Close WinAmp.

Open the saved .cue sheet in a plain text editor (notepad, TextPad,...).
Change the first line

FILE "D:\ahdio_9.wav" WAVE
to the location of the .wav file you made, for instance:
FILE "C:\My Documents\NPGMC_Ahdio_9.wav" WAVE
Save modified .cue sheet.
Start up CD Wave.
CTRL-O.
Select the .wav you made of ahdio 4 mp3 above.
Wait 10/15 minutes till CDWav is finished.
On the CDWav menu, select "File" -> "load cue sheet".
Select the modified cue sheet.
CTRL-S.
Select place where you want to save the seperate .wav files. You need at least 700 MB free space.
Click "Okay".
Wait 10/15 minutes till CDWav is finished.
Close CDWav.

The seperate .wav files can now be used to burn an audio CD. Make sure to do it "CD at once" so no spaces appear between tracks.

(BTW The above might seem a lot of work, but once you get going and have a bit of experience, it's relatively easy.)

If you disagree with some/all of my cue sheet settings, you can add your own cues in CDWav yourself (and delete any of my cues you don't want).
