NPGMC question Man, I sure miss the club and the videos we got to watch. I do have a question…for those who purchased a video or song can you still access your purchase now that the website is gone?
Has there been an update on the lawsuit (or what ever was filed) against NPGMC? Is it returning? Prime aka The Kid

If you downloaded a song or video which was accompaniued by a licence, you should be able to play the download so long as you either still have the licence to support it on your computer or you were able to convert the download to a format which does not depend upon the licence to replay it. However, the website no longer provides access to the area for renewal of licences. 2. I've seen nothing further on the legal action. . ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift. |

The proceedings in the trademark dispute were suspended until Feb. 10. Presumably the parties are trying to work out a settlement. If they don't, the usual process will pick up again. If that happens, it could drag on for awhile. The link in my sig has info about this (actual filings and such). So at this point, no telling if or when NPGMC will be back.
