Why did the NPG Music Club Close

man, sounds like the "must haves" that i missed were only available thru the club and it closed in July i hear. anyone know why?

Hi, Im from Australia and was wondering if there has been any news on the NPG Music Club Re-Opening? I did recieve an email after its closing about an up comming concert in Las Vagas? and I hear he's on his way Down-Under in 2007. Anyone???

This isn't the first time he's put the NPGMC on hiatus. I can think of at least 2 other instances where he's done it.

Oh no, it was the npgmc site I was talking about.

I think only a couple of us caught it that day...when you clicked on the site,
there was a message that said that the site had installed a new server...they
were apparently testing it to see if ppl could reach it....then when they
realized it was working, the message was taken down and the black screen
appeared once more.

But my thought was why would they install a new server if the site was never
going to be used again.

The site is no doubt hosted on a shared server. When you saw the new install message, the host was probably having problems and then once they restored a backup you saw the previous page.
