This is REALLY pissing me off. I haven't received ANY of the e-mails. There is no way to contact NPGMC to inform them of their flawed mailing list either. Although, it probably wouldn't do any good, as I remember that customer service was HORRIBLE at NPGMC. Nevertheless, it's pretty shitty that they haven't figured this e-mail thing out yet.
NPGMC members who don't receive the e-mail have anyway of purchasing tickets in the pre-sale? Get it together NPGMC!!! How hard can it be to send e-mails to your entire database? I can suggest some efficient e-mail list managememt programs!!  perfection is a fallacy of the imagination... | |

I have changed email providers since NPGMC closed down. Does anybody know of a way to contact them to get my new email address to them? It's frustrating that I paid just like everyone else that is getting the emails and I have no way of contacting them to change my email. Ideas?

Anybody can buy tickets up thru 12/9 right now. The member tickets get you 1st entry.
The problem with the mail distribution could be a number of things like anti-spam functions at the sending and receiving ends of either the user or the sender. Mass mailings are sometimes throttled by various providers. Mine filter into my junk folder for some reason, even though they're in my address book. So there's something to them that make email programs think they're spam, it could be the 'do not reply' in the address or something like that.
