Hi All!

Wow -- it sure takes a long time to be able to post here. I signed up last Wednesday (July 5) and am just now able to say "hey" to my fellow NPGMC refugees.

I've noticed the original "sign-up" thread was locked . . .

So, here I am. Still "Uhope".

I've been a member of NPG since April 2003. I've been reading this board since that time so I feel like I know a lot of you -- and some of you know me.

I'm wading carefully into these waters; it's a little more "enthusiastic" here than at NPG. You'll see me most often in "Religion and Politics"; you'll know why soon enough.

It's good to be here and it'll be good to meet more of you Orgers.

one of the positives about the org is that there is room for everyone, even assholes!
(the category under which some of the "Celebrities" at some other sites would categorize me as I refuse to agree with them just because of their screenname or bow down to their superior ability to repeat senseless insults )

the lack of stringent rules regarding content tho a refreshing change from teh NPGMC - means one has to better master how to IGNORE what some people say (a skill that I am sure the French footballer Zidane is wishing he had mastered before the World Cup Final the other night ) and consider the source before actually embroiling oneself in a useless emotionally (usually ego-) driven slugfest that establishes NOTHING.
